Our Mission

The Teaching & Learning Collaborative (TLC) strengthens teaching and learning across NECO by partnering with faculty to create effective, engaging, and evidence-based educational experiences.

We bring together expertise in teaching and learning, assessment, and educational technology to help faculty solve problems, explore new approaches, and improve student learning. Whether refining an assessment, strengthening a course or clinical learning experience, or exploring the possibilities of AI, the TLC provides practical support grounded in evidence and tailored to the realities of teaching at NECO.

The TLC helps faculty improve student learning while saving time and reducing complexity. Our work spans didactic, laboratory, and clinical education and is designed to complement faculty expertise rather than prescribe a single way to teach.
