Areas of Expertise

Personal Statement
Effective instructional design goes beyond content delivery and helps inform the learner’s experience by expanding their capacity to understand, apply, transfer and practice in a supportive environment. I believe meaningful learning occurs when design meets intent and learners actively engage with ideas in new ways, making connections to their own experiences, and applying their knowledge and skills to their future profession. My practice as a designer and consultant is grounded in combining practical execution with empathy and pedagogical approaches that honor the needs of both the learner and educator. Through collaboration, we can design learning communities that are truly transformative.
